All refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do have a few requirements that must be met in order to qualify for a refund.  This is to protect ourselves because of those that abuse refund policies and product creators.  It is also to encourage those that buy the products to give their best effort before making a decision.

There will be no refunds given simply because you changed your mind after purchasing – or because you read through the materials and decided that you didn’t want to do it. This is not fair to us or to anyone else.

There will be no refunds given for mistaking these products as hardcover or softcover books.  It is clearly stated and demonstrated on both sales pages that they are not, so we cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.

If you meet all of the conditions for the refund, please send your request to info@41.185.8.254 with the header “refund”.  If you qualify, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not meet the conditions on this page, you will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy for the 12 Week Progressive Overload Program

If after 84 days (the duration of the program) of trying our product, you are unsatisfied, you may qualify for a refund.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the 12 Week Progressive Overload Program you will need to provide proof that you used the 12 Week Progressive Overload Program with photos of yourself or a workout log showing you completed the workouts or your completed daily intake log from myfitnesspal.com

We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly. No refunds will be issued beyond 120 days after the purchase.

Refund Policy Online Personal Training

If after 12 Weeks you are unsatisfied with working with us, you may qualify for a refund.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the Online Personal Training you will need to provide proof that you used the customized Online Personal Training program with photos of yourself or a workout log showing you completed the workouts as well as several of your completed daily intake logs from myfitnesspal.com

No refunds will be given due to unrealistic expectations.
