6 Tips to DOUBLE Your Muscle Gain

  • Loss of energy
  • Reduced anaerobic and aerobic endurance
  • Reduced strength
  • Cramps
  • Inadequate joint lubrication
  • Loss of mental clarity
  • Tired and/or sleepy
  • Headaches
  • Dizziness
  • The “shakes”

You need to be drinking enough water for YOUR body, this is absolutely VITAL to building muscle!

#2 Progressive Overload

If you want to know how to gain muscle and lose fat then you need to incorporate the progressive overload ideology into your training.

Progressive overload programs allow you to build muscle and lose fat far more effectively than any other sort of program simply because they use intelligent engineering in terms of overload and rest.

This approach allows you to build muscle for more consistently and not end up overtraining, or for that matter, under training.

You will have periods of insane intensity followed by easier periods allowing your body to recover and build more muscle.

#3 Protein Before Bed

Your body is geared up to build muscle during deep sleep and this is another great way how to gain muscle and lose fat.

A great way to maximize this period is to have a meal, protein or high protein mass gainer shake around 20-30minutes before you head to sleep.

A shake is the easiest though, as you just chug it down and you are all set.

This will give your body the fuel it needs to repair the damage you have done in the form of muscle microtrauma.

This enables the muscles to get grow more effectively as they have a nice large dose of nutrients right before you headed to sleep.

Instead, take a step back and set realistic, attainable, and achievable goals, cut up into smaller goals/habits.

#6 Be Accountable

Start an Instagram page, a YouTube channel or simply tell as many people as you can that you are going to get!

Most will be supportive and this will give you a group of people who are going to be EXPECTING you to push and succeed.

If some scoff at your statement let them, use this as fuel to prove them wrong!

Set realistic goals and make bets with friends who don’t believe in you and tell them by such and such a time I will weigh so and such.

Use some or all of these methods to simply make yourself accountable to others.

When you know someone is expecting you to succeed (or fail) you can use this as a way to push your weight loss journey because you know you are being watched!
